Have you ever tried to meditate and thought...this feels too hard. I can't quieten my mind, I can't stop thinking, I can't sit still for long enough. Then this program is for you. It's all about keeping things simple.

The program runs for four Wednesday evenings from 17th July to 7th August from 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Amrita Yoga in Dingley Village (30 Centre Dandenong Road, Dingley Village).
